The strongest structures are built on a solid foundation! At CrossFit Takedown we build our Athletes upon a Foundation of knowledge, Correct/Safe movement patterns and proper understanding of the how and why of CrossFit and Olympic Lifting !
We have developed and refined our Foundations course over the years and are constantly adapting it to ensure those taking the often scary step into CrossFit and Functional Training has every tool available to be successful.
Our Foundations course is a 5 session one on one course with one of our CrossFit Trainers / Coaches and is built to work with YOUR schedule to get you into our formal classes and crushing! All Fitness levels are welcome and NO experience is necessary to begin training.
This course is a requirement for anyone new to CrossFit before they can participate in any scheduled CrossFit Takedown class.
